FIGC federal judge Carlo Porceddu has revealed that he wants to ask the FIGC to ban Atalanta star Cristiano Doni for one year.

Doni has been one of the Neroazzurri players involved in the betting scandal for the Coppa Italia match between Atalanta and Pistoiese.

The player has not already been punished because the FIGC believe that the player is not guilty of the allegations.

Meanwhile, Atalanta coach Giovanni Vasassori looks set to replace suspended defender Luciano Zauri with Giampaolo Bellini.

Juventus are reportedly tracking Zauri, who has already been banned for a year for his part in the betting scandal, and believe that they can agree a reduced fee for the 23-year-old.

Inter Milan are also tracking the star shot-stopper, however the player is believed to prefer a move to the Della Alpi stadium to the San Siro.
