Lazio among the suitors for Manchester City forward, claims agent

John Guidetti's agent insists Italy could be the Manchester City striker's new home next season. The Sweden international enjoyed a successful loan spell with Feyenoord last season and has already made it clear he has no interest in returning to City to sit on the bench. Agent Roberto De Fanti is keen to find a Serie A club for the 20-year-old given his Italian roots and has arranged a meeting with Lazio sporting director Igli Tare. "Guidetti is being tracked by Lazio but also by Fiorentina and Sampdoria," he told Radio Mana Mana.

Real possibility

"I have also spoken with Roma in the past, but they have many strikers and I don't see a real possibility with them. "Playing in Italy would be a dream for him, considering his origins. I know Tare well and tomorrow there could be a new meeting with him in Milan. "John is a classic striker, he looks like (Gianluca) Vialli for features. "At City he would have difficulty in finding space, given that there are many forwards there. He follows Serie A and he would love to play there."
