Agent claims striker has 'many' admirers in the Premier League

Former Fulham loanee Stefano Okaka has attracted further interest from the Premier League, according to his agent. The 22-year-old Roma striker, who spent time on loan at Craven Cottage last year, is yet to feature for the Giallorossi this season after failing to hold down a regular spot in the first-team. Okaka's agent, Giampiero Pocetta, says the young Italian is desperate to play and has turned heads in the English top-flight, as well as in the Serie A. "Stefano has many admirers in Italy and in the Premier League," Pocetta told forzaroma.info. "Okaka is young and wants to play. In Italy or abroad makes no difference. "The important thing is that he is given the opportunity to express his potential." Pocetta insists Okaka has a good relationship with Roma coach Luis Enrique and has discussed the possibility of extending his deal at the Stadio Olimpico with sporting director Walter Sabatini. "Stefano is very much in agreement with Luis Enrique and respects his choices," he added. "We've talked about (a contract renewal) with Walter Sabatini but at the moment there's no news."
