Roma striker's move delayed due to email and fax problem

Stefano Okaka is set to complete his drawn-out loan move from Roma to Fulham on Monday, according to his agent Domenico Scopelliti. The striker was supposed to finalise his deal with the Cottagers last week after both clubs agreed on the length of the loan. The 20-year-old will stay at Craven Cottage until the end of the season, with Fulham possessing an option to extend the deal by a further six-months if they wish. Scopelliti has reassured Cottagers supporters that the front-man is still on course to join the Premier League club amid reports that Fulham could not agree personal terms with the player. "Everything is okay," Scopelliti told tuttomercatoweb.com. "Fulham want the lad and Okaka wants Fulham. On Monday he will fly to London. There has been no problems regarding the financial aspect with Fulham. "The only delay has been due to a fax or an email that we were supposed to receive. Okaka will join Fulham for six months with an option that Fulham can exercise to extend the loan deal for a further 12 months. "This was crucial as it would allow the player more time to adapt."
