David Pizarro claims he is happy with his situation at Udinese.

The Chilean midfielder said in the summer that he was looking to secure a move away from the club in a bid to further his career.

However, no transfer matierialised and Pizarro has seen the move pay off as Udine are flying high in Serie A.

"I am very happy with my personal situation in Udinese," he told the media in his native land.

Pizarro also expressed delight at settling his differences with Chile coach Juvenal Olmos.

"I had a bad moment when I wasn't called for the match against Argentina as I thought it might be the end for me with the national team," said Pizarro.

"But now everything is okay. The coach and I have settled our problems as adults."
