UDINESE midfielder David Pizarro has bemoaned the decision which has cost him his place in the team to face Serie A leaders Juventus this weekend.

Pizarro was shown the yellow card against Reggina in Udinese's last match and the caution has earned him a suspension.

The Chilean was booked for standing in front of Shunsuke Nakamura as the Reggina man prepared to take a free-kick, but Pizarro feels his yellow card was unjust.

"I moved to get out of the way at once so I think that I didn't deserve that yellow card," lamented Pizarro.

"They have made me miss the next match without a really good reason. It's not fair to miss the next match for something like that."

Despite being absent from the side to face Juventus, Pizarro is confident his team-mates can produce a solid performance.

He added: "I trust that we will have a good result in Turin against the most powerful team in the Italian championship.

"This doesn't mean that we are going to win but I am sure that Juventus are going to suffer a lot against us.

"I will be near my team-mates. The unity of this group is something really important that we have."
