Fiorentina star Luca Toni insists he could continue playing for another decade.
The 29-year-old still has two years left on his current contract but he says he wants to make sure he spends the rest of his career with the Tuscan club.
And Toni feels he could play until he is 38.
"I want to play until the age of 37-38. I enjoy it a lot and with Fiorentina? Why not? With family Della Valle [the owners] there is a special feeling," he told Gazzetta dello Sport.
"This summer we spoke and we decided to continue together this adventure."
Toni has claimed the last year has been the best of his life.
"I certainly couldn't have asked for more," he said.
"I won the World Cup, the Golden Boot and it was a great 12 months on a personal level too."
