Fiorentina's Luca Toni says he hopes to recover soon from a foot injury.
Fiorentina striker Luca Toni says he hopes to recover soon from the foot problem that has kept him out of action recently.Toni, who has only scored five goals so far this season in contrast to his 11 notched-up over the same period last year, has missed several games due to the injury but he insists he is now well on his way to making a full recovery.
"The pain comes when I'm playing," he said. "I know I'll have it for another few weeks but I am going the right way.
"Against Ascoli I played for an hour, and an hour and 10 minutes against Siena.
"I hope to soon be able to play a whole match without feeling any pain."
