Fiorentina boss Cesare Prandelli has been full of praise for Luca Toni following the player's two-goal salvo against Messina.The top goalscorer in Serie A has been one of the revelations of the season for the Viola and again bolstered his World Cup chances at the weekend.
Toni scored both goals in Fiorentina's 2-0 win on Sunday and it is these types of displays that have had his coach Prandelli purring all term.
''It has been a big match, my guys have had an important reaction,'' said Prandelli.
''We have had a hard week but have done this for our supporters. We wanted to win and we wanted to do it against a good side.
