Palermo have officially presented new signing Radoslaw Matusiak to the Italian media.
The Poland international striker has signed a deal with the Sicilian club until 2010 and is confident that he will pose problems for Serie A defences.
Matusiak admits he is well aware that Italian football is notorious for the quality of its defenders but this is not something which unduly worries him.
"I feel strong in myself," said Matusiak. "I believe in myself.
"I know Italian defenders are good but they also make mistakes.
"I want to show who I am, through scoring, because I'm a forward. I prefer Italian football because it's the best from a tactical perspective.
"I know Palermo and I've seen many matches on tape. The one who impresses me most is (David) Di Michele - I think I will play well with him."
