Nerazzurri staying tight-lipped before window closes

Inter Milan are remaining tight-lipped on a number of possible transfers before the window closes at the end of August. Newcastle United are believed to be holding talks with 20-year-old full-back Davide Santon, something Inter are not ruling out. The Nerazzurri are also expected to sign Diego Forlan to replace Samuel Eto'o, a move the Uruguayan now says is on the cards. However, Inter are not giving anything away, stating they will only comment on deals once the transfer window has finally closed. Inter are also being linked with Riccardo Montolivo, but the club's CEO Ernesto Paolillo is giving nothing away. "Santon at Newcastle? He's still an Inter player, but until the end of the market we cannot exclude anything," he told Radio Crc. "As for (Diego) Forlan and (Riccardo) Montolivo I'd prefer to speak at the end of the market."
