Andrea Pirlo has confirmed he is to leave AC Milan at the end of the season.
The veteran midfielder's contract expires in the summer and he will not be signing a new deal.
The news ends Pirlo's ten-year stay with the Rossoneri, with reports suggesting he is set to join Juventus.
"I am here to say goodbye. These were 10 unforgettable years and it's a consensual separation."
"Do I hope Milan will regret losing me? Yes."
Juventus are believed to have offered the World Cup winner a three-year deal to make the move to Turin.
Better news for Milan is that Filippo Inzaghi has agreed a one-year extension at the San Siro.
The 37-year-old, who missed most of this season with a serious knee injury, has been rewarded with a new deal for his service to the club.
"AC Milan announces that Inzaghi has extended his contract until June 30, 2012," read a club statement.
