Ambrosini is player that has long been linked with a move to England - with Chelsea long-term suitors of the player.
However, the cultured midfielder insists it would take something significant to push him out of Milan, and he has not opened talks with any teams.
"I want to say clearly that I have had no form of contact with any club," said Ambrosini.
"Neither Milan or my agent have told me of any offers.
"I have been here for seven years and only a bad situation - which I have never had and don't feel I ever will - will make me leave.
"I am happy here and I have never even thought about leaving."
