The Turkish midfielder has endured a frustrating period at Giuseppe Meazza since joining the club from Galatasaray last September.
After failing to establish himself under Ancelotti, Davala has returned to Galatasaray to spend next season on loan in Istanbul.
However, the Turkish World Cup hero is adamant he will not be heading back to Milan while Ancelotti is in charge.
Davala scored Turkey's winning goal against co-hosts Japan in the quarter final on Tuesday and stated he was annoyed at being played out of position by Ancelotti.
"I hope that somebody can understand that I can play on the right side," Davala told Italian news agency ANSA. "Ancelotti thought I was a left sided player.
"While he stays in Milan, I will not go back."
