MILAN SNARE TRIO

MILAN have secured the signature of three of their players on new contracts at the San Siro.

Sebastiano Rossi, the veteran keeper, will remain with the club until the summer of 2002, even though he is likely to spend much of next season on the bench.

He had been first choice under Cesare Maldini but he is still happy to remain with the Serie A giants.

Defender Daniele Daino has signed until 2003, although there is every prospect that he will be loaned out to another side, possibly one in the top flight.

Brazilian wing back Serginho (pictured) has also penned a new deal, which is the longest of the three as it does not expire until 2005.

The South American has committed his future to Milan after extending his contract by another two seasons.

Meanwhile, the Rossoneri are still being linked with a move for Juventus striker Filippo Inzaghi, who looks certain to leave the Old Lady this summer.
