Palermo have stated that Filippini twins Antonio and Emanuele will not return to the club.
The midfield duo spent last term on loan at Lazio, but the Biancocelesti can not afford to seal a permanent move.
Now Treviso are being linked with a move for the pair, as they will not be turning out in Sicily.
"Antonio and Emanuele Filippini will not return to Lazio," Palermo chief Maurizio Zamparini told Radio Incontro.
"I can confirm that both the twins will leave Palermo and won't play for this team next season, but I can also say they will not go back to the Stadio Olimpico."
Treviso are currently due to start the season in Serie B, but they could find themselves in the top-flight if Torino and Genoa are relegated.
