The 31-year-old striker only completed his move from Udinese late last month, but is eager to begin his Biancoceleste career.
Muzzi has praised his new colleagues, despite only recently arriving at the Stadio Olimpico, for their enthusiasm and willingness to work for Mancini.
"If Mancini wants me, I'm ready," said Muzzi. "Being here is a fantastic thing. I found a fantastic team that is helping me settle in.
"I've found an enthusiastic side, who have a will to win, and a team that are keen to carry out every instruction the coach asks."
It is unlikely the new man will start on Saturday, with Claudio Lopez, Bernardo Corradi and Simone Inzaghi already settled in the Lazio side.
