Mancini was far from happy with his side`s performance last week, but he has now come out and admitted the Poles are a talented outfit.
A trip to Poland is sure to be daunting for the Roman club, but Mancini believes they have what it takes to prevail.
He said: "They're a very good team, but we can obtain the qualification.
"It will all depend on how we are playing, but considering this depends on us, I am optimistic.
"We are not lacking in fitness and condition, we just need a bit more continuity."
Angelo Peruzzi and Dejan Stankovic have been left behind in Rome, as Mancini does not want to risk them aggravating injuries on what is sure to be a tough pitch.
