Livorno keeper Marco Amelia has revealed his desire to join Roma one day.
Amelia hails from the Eternal City and has always been a massive Giallorossi fan. He says that a move to the Stade Olimpico would be a dream come true.
"Rome is my home, Olimpico is my stadium, Roma are my favourite team. I dream of that jersey."
He also played down media speculation linking him with a move to Milan, adding: "My agent hasn't said anything about Milan wanting to sign me.
"In any case, before I leave Livorno, I want to help them qualify for Europe.
"My big dream is the World Cup and I hope to convince Lippi before the end of the season to take me to Germany."
Amelia has featured 26 times for Livorno this season and his form between the sticks has been a major factor in seeing the Amaranto climb to sixth place in Serie A.
