Inter Milan have finally ended their quest to sign Rodrigo Palacio from Genoa, after he completed a move to Giuseppe Meazza.
The Argentinian striker has signed a three-year contract, and will move to the Nerazzurri for a reported 11million euros.
The 30-year-old came close to joining Inter last summer but the clubs couldn't agree a fee for the former Boca Juniors player, who had three years left on his contract.
A statement from Inter read: "Rodrigo Palacio is an Inter player.
"The striker is tied to Inter until June 30, 2015."
The South American scored 19 goals in 32 league games for Genoa last season.
