Inter director discusses deals

Sporting director Piero Ausilio has given his take on the latest transfer rumours regarding Inter Milan.

Ausilio claims no bids lodged for Tevez, Hazard, Sanchez or Ganso

Sporting director Piero Ausilio has given his take on the latest transfer rumours regarding Inter Milan. The Serie A giants are being tipped to be very busy during the summer window, with a lengthy list of top performers reported to be on their way to Giuseppe Meazza. Among those to be generating the most intense speculation are Udinese forward Alexis Sanchez, Manchester City striker Carlos Tevez and Lille winger Eden Hazard. Inter have admitted to holding an interest in all three players in the past and Ausilio admits the club would be happy to bring any of that particular trio on board.

Promising

He has, however, sought to make it clear that no approaches have been made for any players of yet, including highly-rated Brazilian Ganso. Ausilio told Sky Sport Italia: "Sanchez, Tevez and Hazard? If I say they're not good players I would be lying, but talk about negotiations for these three is premature. "We know that Hazard is a promising talent but we have not made any offers for him. "Regarding Sanchez, in November and December we did everything we could but Udinese postponed all talks until June. He remains a great player and we will see what we can do in the summer. "Ganso? Much has been said about AC Milan's interest in him. We are monitoring him, but he has significant physical problems. "To say that Inter are interested in Ganso is false. He is a good player, but nothing has happened."

Meanwhile, Inter skipper Javier Zanetti has admitted that he would welcome the arrival of some of the big names being linked with the club. "Tevez is a champion who has always done well, I think anyone would like to have him," Zanetti said on his fellow Argentine. "I don't know whether it would be better to have him or Sanchez, they are both great players and Alexis has grown so much and is ready to do well at a big club. "Hazard? If [president Massimo] Moratti said that he is developing well, that must mean that he is a player of ability who could make a contribution."
