Inter Milan ace Cristian Chivu's agent has played down speculation linking the defender to Manchester City.
The 29-year-old is being linked with a move to re-join former Inter boss Roberto Mancini at Eastlands.
But the Romanian's agent Victor Becali says he has not received any contact from the Premier League outfit.
Rumours
Becali told TMW: "There are rumours that I have read in the newspapers. But in regards to my client, there is nothing to discuss.
"No one from the English club has contacted me, either directly or indirectly. Cristian is tied to Inter for the next two-and-a-half years.
"But any interest from another club always makes the player and his entourage proud."
