Zdenek Grygera's agent has claimed that Internazionale have made an approach for the Ajax defender.
The 26-year-old Czech Republic international seems certain to leave Ajax, with his present contract set to expire in the summer.
As such, Grygera is free to talk to interested parties about a summer move and it is believed that a host of clubs are circling.
Juventus have long held an interest in the defender, but they could well face competition from Inter.
"Yes, we have registered an offer from Inter," Grygera's agent Tomas Klecka told CTK.
Grygera had hinted he would see out the season at Ajax, but his agent has suggested the defender could leave in January.
"It rather seems that Zdenek will move now in the winter to allow Ajax to get some money in return," added Klecka. "His future could be decided by the end of next week."
Ajax are convinced that new signing Leonardo will be a big hit in Amsterdam.
The Brazilian was paraded before the media on Monday after completing his move from NAC Breda.
He quickly jetted off with the rest of the squad to their training camp in South Africa and coach Henk ten Cate is convinced the winger can spark a charge in the second half of the season.
"I'm convinced that we are going to see a fantastic Leonardo," said Ten Cate. "It's good that he goes on the training camp, it will speed up his integration."
