Vucinic content at Lecce

Mirko Vucinic says he is content at Lecce despite interest from Internazionale.

Mirko Vucinic has claimed he is content at Lecce amidst speculation that he is being pursued by Internazionale.

The promising young striker has proven his pedigree this season in Serie A, outscoring the Nerazzurri's own predator Adriano with 16 goals.

Lecce have slapped a ‚é¼15 million price tag on the Serbian as they are reluctant to be forced into a sale - with Inter having reportedly been given until June to act on an option to sign the 21-year-old hot shot.

However, it would appear that Vucinic is content to continue his footballing education at Lecce, having no intention to quit the Stadio Via Del Mare.

''My future?'' Vucinic told Corriere dello Sport. ''It's in Lecce.

''Here I feel really good and think I will be able to give a lot again to this side.

''Already I think of Serie A with Lecce next season.

''I have not the intention to be distracted by other rumours.

''Then, should something happen, the club's officials will have to take a decision.

''But for now I know nothing and so I think with a big determination to the new season with this jersey.''
