Lazio defender Giuseppe Favalli could be set for a move to Serie A rivals Internazionale according to rumours emanating from Italy.
The 32-year-old looks set to leave Lazio at the end of the season when his contract expires.
Lazio have informed the left back that he will not have his contract renewed and he is free to find a new club.
Favalli was close to a move to Inter last summer, but the deal fell through at the last minute.
Inter are now believed to have rekindled their interest in the veteran defender and could offer him the chance to move to the Giuseppe Meazza in the summer.
Favalli has previously declared his ambition to play in England before the end of his career, but it seems he will now stay in Italy with Inter.
