Inter have found themselves caught in a major crisis as their Serie A form continues to slip and Di Biagio believes the pressure of not having won the Scudetto in 15 years is affecting the players.
"How I've seen Inter? Like a team with problems," said Di Biagio.
"I know this situation very well, because I experienced it last year.
"When results don't arrive the crowd whistle and everything becomes most difficult.
"The main thing is that the Scudetto has not been won for the past 15 years and this induces mistakes - then everything becomes difficult. Only when you're inside (the club), you understand what is happening.
"It's sad to see what they are going through and I saw the disappointment in their eyes yesterday.
"You can tell that they are trying to give their very best but the fans don't see that. It must be very frustrating for the players."
Di Biagio was delighted with Brescia's win as they took the spoils despite missing a number of players.
"This is a fundamental win for us, especially because it was obtained in an emergengy situation," added Di Biagio.
"For a small team, it's not easy replacing so many players. Do you want to know if the win is due mostly to Brescia's merits or Inter's bad performances. Half and half, I would say.
"Against certain teams you can never win if they don't help you. But we have been able to take advantage from their negative situation."
