WERDER BREMEN have unveiled Umit Davala as their new signing for the coming season.
The Turkish international has spent the previous season on loan with Galatasaray, and his owners Internazionale have again chosen to allow the player to move on a temporary basis.
Werder have a loan deal for the season, with an option to buy at the end of it, if the player can show the kind of form for them that he does when in the national side.
Umit has found his chances at Inter severely limited, and enjoyed regular football last season with Galatasaray.
Werder have been active in the transfer market this summer so far, and are closing in on several new faces - including Valerien Ismael from Strasbourg.
