Lazio sporting director Igli Tare has claimed the club will try to sign Juventus striker Fabio Quagliarella in the summer.
Tare revealed Lazio made an attempt to sign the Italy international during the January window.
That offer was rebuffed by the striker, but Tare believes Quagliarella would be open to a further offer in the summer.
The Italian outfit also made failed approaches for fellow Juventus forward Sebastian Giovinco and Parma winger Jonathan Biabiany during the January transfer window.
Tare told Sky Italia: "We spoke with Quagliarella and he said he didn't want to move in January.
"But he could be available in the summer.
"We made an attempt with Giovinco, but he didn't want to leave.
"Finally, there was a negotiation with Parma for Jonathan Biabiany, but the player refused for personal reasons."
