Udinese supremo Giampaolo Pozzo insists he wants Francesco Guidolin to become their version of Sir Alex Ferguson.
Guidolin has been in charge at Udinese for three years, and the former Palmermo and Monaco man has been linked with a number of others jobs.
But Pozzo insists that he has no intention of letting Guidolin move on.
"We have a perfect feeling with Guidolin," he told Sky Italia.
"We would like it if he could have the career Ferguson did at Manchester United and, in this way, the possibility is there to keep him for another 20 years.
"He's a good man, a really good coach, he's followed by many clubs, important ones, but he feels good here at Udinese."
One of the clubs linked to Guidolin has been Napoli, but he too insists he does not see himself leaving.
"I read the papers too, but I see my future here at Udinese," he told Sky Italia.
"In the past I would have liked facing different situations, but I decided should they still want me there. I'll stay here.
"Now, once the league ends, I'll have my holidays and then I'd like to restart from here."
