AC Milan forward Robinho is unlikely to return to Santos during the summer, according to his father and agent.
The 28-year-old Brazil international began his career at Santos and also enjoyed a brief loan spell at the club during his time at Manchester City.
But Robinho's father Gilvan De Souza, who is also his agent, dismissed suggestions a January move is on the cards.
"These stories are only rumours - he will not move from Milan in January," De Souza told UOL Esporte.
"Robinho will not leave Milan in January. He does not want to deceive the fans of other clubs. The Rossoneri have already sold other strikers, so they will not let him leave too.
"He is happy, is paid when it's due, he has no reasons to leave. This is certain, he won't play for Santos in 2013. He will not join them."
