Milan legend looks forward to Swede's impact

AC Milan veteran Filippo Inzaghi is looking forward to working with Zlatan Ibrahimovic following his arrival at the San Siro. The Sweden striker has initially joined the Rossoneri on loan ahead of his permanent switch at the end of the season, and will be contracted to the club for four years. Ibrahimovic endured a hit-and-miss campaign with former side Barcelona last time out and despite some decent displays, failed to live up to his billing after a big-money move. Experienced forward Inzaghi, 37, says the 28-year-old has impressed him since his arrival and believes his move, along with that of others such as Robinho, puts Milan on a par with their rivals Inter. "I have been struck by Ibrahimovic's enthusiasm," said Inzaghi. "He has come to the right team to win the Champions League. "Now we are on the same level as Inter Milan. "There is a lot of enthusiasm on and off the pitch." Meanwhile, Inzaghi is hoping to beat Gerd Muller's record of scoring in European competitions, having equalled it last term against Marseille. He added: "My dream is to beat Muller's record in the Champions League, scoring against Auxerre."
