Aldo Spinelli has admitted that three clubs might be able to prise Antonio Candreva away from Livorno.
The midfielder, linked with West Ham during the summer, has continued to enhance his reputation during the early part of the season.
A number of clubs are understood to be keeping tabs on his progress and Spinelli has now issued an update on his availability.
However, the Livorno president claims the final decision may rest with Candreva's co-owners Udinese.
"I think Juventus, Inter and Napoli are the only clubs who can get him," Spinelli told Puntosport.net.
"The player is exceptional on the pitch and as a person. He is co-owned by Udinese and thus the clubs would have to speak with the Pozzo family."
Candreva made his senior international debut in Italy's goalless draw against Holland on Saturday.
