Simone Perrotta's agent insists his client has not ruled out of a move to the Bundesliga.

Roma midfielder would consider German switch, says agent

Simone Perrotta's agent Giuseppe Bozzo has not ruled out of a move to the Bundesliga, despite the midfielder expressing a desire to remain at AS Roma. The 31-year-old's current contract runs until next summer, but as of yet the Serie A club have yet to approach the World Cup winner over extending the deal. However, the Italy international is determined to end his career in the Italian capital, although Bozzo insists that Bayern Munich and Wolfsburg have expressed an interest in his client. Bozzo added that neither club had contacted him directly but he commented that Perrotta would not dismiss the move should an offer from Germany come about. "I have not been in touch with Bayern Munich or Wolfsburg but I know Simone Perrotta is a player both teams are thinking about. Especially Bayern Munich." he told Spox.com.

Happy to stay

"Simone would like to remain at Roma, however he could imagine a transfer to a big club if the terms would be fine." Bozzo stated that Perrotta's mind could be swayed by the fact that both clubs have UEFA Champions League football on offer next season. "If there is a good club that plays in the Champions League, Simone would need to think about anything," he added. "I still have to say it once again, I have not had any contact with anyone from either Wolfsburg or Bayern Munich and I know such a transfer would be tough to get through as Roma feels he is indispensible at this point in time."
