Adrian Mutu and Christian Vieri have rubbished speculation they have fallen out at Fiorentina.
The pair endured several angry exchanges with one another during Fiorentina's 1-0 victory over Catania on Sunday.
Mutu - who scored Fiorentina's winning goal - and Vieri grew increasingly frustrated after a number of stray passes, but the striking duo insist there is no permanent rift.
"It wasn't a big row, it's just the way that we talk on the field," Vieri told the Italian media.
Good relationship
"It's something we both understand. After we had shouted a bit he (Mutu) put two great passes through that I should have taken advantage of."
Mutu is also adamant that all is well in his partnership with Vieri.
"I have a good relationship with Vieri on the pitch," said Mutu.
"We played very well to take the three points from Catania. I scored and I nearly gave Christian an assist so I am satisfied."
