But Fiorentina have accepted a ‚é¼4.5million (£3million) bid from Parma, who will discuss personal terms upon Reginaldo's return from Brazil.
"Reginaldo is our one," Parma president Tommaso Ghirardi told the Italian press.
"I've already got the agreement with Fiorentina.
"Also, I've already spoken with the player's agent and, when he comes back from Brazil, he will officially be a Parma striker."
Parma are also waiting for a response from Manchester United after making an offer for Giuseppe Rossi, who impressed on loan for the club last season.
