Lazio have completed the double signing of Marius Stankevicius and Djibril Cisse.
Stankevicius, 29, joins them from Sampdoria on a three-year deal.
And the Lithuania international is clearly excited at what he sees as a new challenge in his career.
"I am delighted to be here," Stankevicius said.
"I am looking forward to begin this new adventure and to meet my new team-mates."
The former Liverpool striker successfully passed his medical on Tuesday after Lazio agreed a fee of 6million euros with Panathinaikos.
Cisse, 29, scored 26 goals in Greece last season in what was an impressive campaign for him personally.
The signings of Stankevicius and Cisse follow that of Miroslav Klose, Federico Marchetti, Abdoulay Konko and Senad Lulic as Lazio reshape their team ahead of the new campaign.
