Werder Bremen are yet to receive any offers from Real Sociedad for former Wigan Athletic striker Franco Di Santo, according to general manager Thomas Eichin.
Eichen has told Kreiszeitung Syke newspaper that no offers have been received for the Argentine striker, who is under contract with Werder Bremen until June 2016.
Di Santo, who scored four goals in 23 matches for the Bundesliga side this season, was a surprise inclusion in head coach Alejandro Sabella's provisional Argentina squad for the 2014 FIFA World Cup.
Despite Di Santo missing out on the final 23-man squad for the World Cup in Brazil, it has been reported that Real Sociedad are interested in the services of the striker.
"No one has tried to get in touch with me (about the availability of Franco Di Santo)," said Eichen.
"Franco is an important player for Werder Bremen. He is fully part of our plans for the new season."
