CELTA VIGO have requested that their three Argentinian players called up by Marcelo Bielsa - Pablo Cavallero, Eduardo Berizzo and Gustavo Lopez - for the game against Bolivia can join the squad a few days late to allow them to play in the derby of the Galicia on April 21th against Deportivo la Coruna.

The General director of Celta Alfredo Rodríguez said "we are optimistic because things like this happened before.

The exact date of the national squad call has not been named yet, so we hope other Italian teams will the same problem and put pressure on the AFA."

Berizzo feels it is likely his national coach will let them play in the derby:

"Bielsa and the Argentinian Football Asociation are very understanding in these situations."

The club's Peruvian international Juan Jose Jayo may have to make a similar plee to his national federation.
