Goalkeeper Guillermo Sara says the chance to play in Europe with Real Betis this season is a "dream come true".
The 25-year-old has spent his entire career with Atletico Rafaela back in his native Argentina but has now moved to Betis on a season-long loan.
Betis had originally hoped to tie up a permanent deal for Sara but both clubs eventually opted for an initial loan deal.
Sara admits he cannot wait for the season to start and says the chance to play Europa League football at the Benito Villamarin next term was a key factor in his decision to move.
"I am conscious of arriving at a very important team and it's a dream come true to come and play in Europe," he said.
"The team has had a very good campaign and has qualified for the Europa League and that was one of the motivations for coming.
"I hope to give back all the confidence that Betis has put on me."
