Mallorca lose Moya for a month

Real Mallorca keeper Miguel Angel Moya is expected to be out for four weeks.

Real Mallorca keeper Miguel Angel Moya is expected to be on the sidelines for up to a month after suffering a shoulder injury.

Moya sustained the blow during Sunday's 1-0 defeat to Real Madrid as he leaped for a ball and collided with the post.

Subsequent examinations revealed that the highly-rated shot-stopper had damaged his left shoulder.

After the keeper suffered from injuries last season, Mallorca are keen to act cautiously while they nurse Moya back to full health.

For the intervening four weeks or so, coach Gregorio Manzano has called up Juanjo from the reserve ranks to act as Toni Prats' replacement.
