Real Murcia have concluded a deal for Villarreal defender Cesar Arzo.
The 21-year-old has agreed to join the Primera new boys on a season-long loan.
Despite his tender years the stopper has already accrued a good deal of experience having made his Villarreal debut at just 17.
He has represented the Yellow Submarines in the UEFA Champions League and also spent last year on loan at Recreativo de Huelva where he enjoyed a productive spell.
Arzo is looking forward to his time at Murcia and insists he did not have to think twice about moving to Estadio Nueva Condomina.
"From the first moment I did not hesitate about coming on loan," he stated. " I have come for one season, but in football you never know what is going to happen."
There is more good news for Murcia fans with officials also announcing that striker Ivan Alonso has signed a contract extension that ties him to the club until 2011.
