Deportivo La Coruna have clinched the capture of Sporting Gijon midfielder Javi Fuego.

The Galician outfit have agreed a deal with Sporting and the 21-year-old will complete his move upon passing a routine medical later in the week.

Fuego (pictured), a Spain Under-19 international, is a defensive midfielder who came through the youth ranks at Sporting.

He will be joined at Depor by goalkeeper Manu, 19, who moves from Sporting as part of the same deal.

The youngsters will become Depor's third and fourth signings of the summer following the captures of Julian de Guzman and Juanma.

Sporting will take Depor's Uruguayan goalkeeper Gustavo Munua and midfielder Jesus Munoz on season-long loans to replace Fuego and Manu.
