NACIONAL goalkeeper Gustavo Munua has completed his transfer to Primera outfit Deportivo La Coruña.
The Uruguayan shot-stopper will sign a six-year deal with the Spaniards after his agent, Lucho Malvarez revealed formalities had been completed late on Monday night between the two clubs.
Munua will sign his contract on Tuesday morning before officially being presented at The Riazor.
"It's a dream for me to have the chance to play for Depor because all the players wish to have the chance to play in Europe," said Munua.
"This is a big challenge for me because I like to win important things. I know that there are two very important goalkeepers in this team but the most important thing for me is to work and when I have the chance to play I hope to do well."
The shot-stopper revealed he first knew of Depor's interest when he spoke to fellow countryman Walter Pandiani.
"Pandiani told me that the city and the club is wonderful so it's something that makes me very happy to be here because this is a very important club."
