Stephane Dalmat is to leave Racing Santander this summer and return to France.
Stephane Dalmat has announced that he will be leaving Racing Santander this summer and returning to France.The former Tottenham midfielder moved to Racing last summer along with his brother Wilfried, but has struggled to adapt to life in La Liga.
Despite opting to stay in the January transfer window Dalmat has failed to establish himself in the team and has become increasingly frustrated.
He will now mull over several offers from clubs in Ligue 1 before deciding on his next move.
"It didn't work out very well in Spain," Dalmat confessed.
"I will come back to France. I have two or three offers from Ligue 1 clubs.
"But first I will come back to Santander to cancel my contract."
