Racing Santander will be without striker David Aganzo for six weeks after he fractured his arm.

Aganzo was hurt during Racing's 2-1 defeat to Espanyol on Saturday after a collision with opposing goalkeeper Carlos Kameni.

The 23-year-old was forced off after 16 minutes of the contest and was taken to hospital where X-rays confirmed the fracture.

He will now face a battle to feature for Racing again this year and may need to wait until after the winter break in La Liga for his comeback.

Aganzo joined Racing in the summer from Real Madrid and has been slowly establishing himself in the starting line-up.
