Hugo Viana admits he is in the dark as to his future at Valencia.
The Portuguese international has struggled to nail down a place in the Che side since his move to the Mestalla towards the end of last term.
Viana said recently that he fancied a loan move in order to revive his fortunes, but nothing has materialised and he is awaiting developments.
"My future is not clear and I do not know if I will leave Valencia in the winter transfer window," said Viana.
"A lot can change in three months in football.
"I still have a will to play for Valencia. The ideal solution is for me to play."
Viana says he still has a cordial relationship with Valencia coach Quique Sanchez Flores.
"I do not have problems with the coach, but it is rare that I get to play."
