Primera new boys Celta Vigo have completed the permanent signing of Valencia's Hector Cannobio.The Uruguayan midfielder spent last season on loan at Celta and played a key role in helping the Galician club secure promotion back to La Primera.
Cannobio joined Valencia from Penarol in his homeland in the summer of 2003 but failed to force his way into the first-team picture at the Mestalla.
He will now get the chance to prove himself in the Spanish top-flight with Celta following a deal that also sees Valencia's young defender Jose Enrique move to the Balaidos on loan.
The Spain Under-20 international only joined Valencia from local rivals Levante earlier in the summer, but has been farmed out on loan to accrue experience.
