Injury worries for Real

Wanderley Luxemburgo has a number of injury worries this weekend.

Real Madrid coach Wanderley Luxemburgo has a number of injury worries ahead of his side's clash against Real Betis.

The Liga giants make the trip to Seville on Saturday night, but will be without a number of stars against the UEFA Champions League outfit.

Star striker Ronaldo is already on the sidelines while Julio Baptista and Zinedine Zidane will also take no part against Betis this weekend.

Former Everton and Hamburg midfielder Thomas Gravesen is struggling with a knee injury and England captain David Beckham is also a doubt.

On the plus side for Luxemburgo, full back Michel Salgado has recovered from the knock he collected in the Madrid derby against Atletico.

"He has recovered sufficiently to play, but he is a little short of match fitness," explained Luxemburgo.
