Sevilla goalkeeper Andres Palop has signed a new deal at the club.
Palop had a clause in his contract giving him an extension until 2010 if he played a certain amount of games in his first two seasons at the club.
The former Valencia custodian has now passed that mark and the club have rewarded him with the new deal.
Palop was Sevilla coach Juande Ramos's first signing and he has established himself as first choice at Estadio Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan.
The 33-year-old has enjoyed a fine season with Sevilla and he even scored in their recent Uefa Cup win over Shakhtar Donetsk.
