Sevilla midfielder Enzo Maresca is optimistic ahead of the visit of Barcelona on Sunday.
The Uefa Cup winners have already beaten Frank Rijkaard's men this season and Maresca says his team-mates will once again be ready for the test.
Sevilla came out on top in the Uefa Super Cup in August with a 3-0 victory in Monaco.
Maresca is expecting a very different performance from Barcelona at the weekend but is confident of a positive result from the clash.
"This will not be like the final of the Super Cup because they have progressed their game," Maresca said.
"But we know what is needed to beat Barcelona and this is a big aim for us."
However, the 26-year-old admits Barca will be out to avenge their defeat in France.
"They will be looking for revenge from the 3-0 defeat in Monaco because that was a huge blow as they wanted to win all the titles this season," he continued.
"The players will remember that and will be ready for the next game."
Maresca will be hoping to be included in Sevilla's midfield in the Liga clash, an area the Italian believes will be key to the outcome of the game.
He added: "The key is the midfield. You have to pressurise Barcelona and Sevilla are one of the best teams at this."
